The continuous bar from the extruder is first cut in to manageable bars. Then the bars are cut in to 12, 15 or 24 bricks.
Defining Characteristics:
- Pneumatic Bar cutter
- Brick cutter which produces 24 bricks per cut
- Brick cutter powered through an inline helical gearbox for extra rigidity
- Cutting wires held by springs. This helps in reducing wire breakages and in easy wire swapping.
